Industrial Revolution Europe during the eighteenth century was at the height of the industrial revolution, none of which reached America. In New England the population was largely English, but America as a whole had more than 20 ethnic strains present, nowhere in Europe could such a heterogeneous mixture be found. America was unique in its political structure. Americans vested authority in personalities, rather than, as in England, in institutions of tradition. As a people they had been striped of traditions. America lacked the centuries of tradition that other societies had. American cities not only solved thier problems, but they sought to solve them. Like European counterparts Americans believed that only those with land would have nay inte rest in the affairs government. Law was first administered in the colonies without benefit of lawyers. The clergy of New England pressed hard for rule by Biblical law. The average settlement wanted the kind of laws and procedures which was known in Europe. In working out thier legal systems developed systems which freed them from the rigid technicalities of medieval jurisprudence so prevalent in Europe. The Great Awaking that swept through Britain also came to America. The great Awaking and American enlightenment promoted higher eduction in the colonies and also joined to promote separation of church and state. By the middle of the eighteenth century there was less church going people in America than any other country in the western world. America used the ideals of Enlightenment to promote modification and reforms in society, not revolution. There are several features that sets the southern colonies apart from thier northern neighbors. The most striking of which is slavery. The Rich and Poor in The Grapes of Wrath and the Sun Also Rises The Grapes of Wrath, written by John Steinbeck, follows the migration of people to California during the Dust Bowl, which took place in the 1930s. The lack of rainfall made it difficult for farmers to grow produce and ultimately put everyone out of work. The Joads are one of the many families that packed up as many belongings as they possibly could and headed West in the search of work. The Sun Also Rises, by Ernest Hemingway, takes place after World War 1 and focuses on the ââ¬Å"Lost Generationâ⬠. The men, women, and veterans had a difficult time readjusting after the War. They were hopeless, faithless, and tried to filled the void with aimless activities including partying, drinking, and traveling. Many men and women became materialistic and spending money was their distraction from reality. The Grapes of Wrath and The Sun Also Rises demonstrates a huge gap between the rich and poor and how money affects their l ives. Both classes are being impacted by drastic events being, World War 1 and The Dust Bowl, two completely different events that resulted in different ways of dealing with them. Y es que hay que tener claro que un mal consejo legal puede ocasionar muchos problemasà de cabeza. Incluso algunos que luego no se pueden solucionar. Es por esta razà ³n que es muy conveniente contar con la asesorà a de una persona honesta, trabajadora y que sepa de quà © habla. Es fundamental entender la diferencia entre quià ©nes son los abogados, los representantes acreditados, los consultores y los notarios y saber quà © puede legalmente hacer cada uno de ellos en asuntos migratorios. Abogados migratorios para asesorar en asuntos migratorios Los abogados obviamente pueden dar consejo legal y tambià ©n representar los inmigrantes en las Cortes de Inmigracià ³n.à El paso natural cuando se necesita consejo legal es contratar a un letrado. Different Viewpoints on Human Nature Throughout history there have been arguments about anything and everything that is disagreeable. People innately have there own and often different opinions. A prominent discussion topic throughout history has been the nature of mankind. Many have written works about human nature but few are discussed in greater detail than Candide, The Prince, and Essay on Man. Voltaire, Niccolo Machiavelli, and Alexander Pope, who wrote these three works respectively, concur with each other on many view points. But it is their differences that make the works unique. Voltaire wrote Candide in 1759 during the period known as the Enlightenment. It is a story that has a deeper symbolic meaning about life and humanâ⬠¦show more contentâ⬠¦Both Machiavelli and Pope were straightforward in their works. Another difference between Voltaire and the others is his sarcasm. Candide translated into English means optimism. In this work, Voltaire was not saying that people are good. He says that people are greedy, power driven beings that put themselves above others. Yet his literal words all seem happy and joyful. He uses his wit and sarcasm to get his point across. The Prince, written in 1513 by Niccolo Machiavelli, is an essay about how to rule a state and keep its adjuncts content. Whether it be a princedom, a republic or a mixture of the two. In his essay, human nature and how it interacts with the prince is discussed greatly. Machiavelli tells the prince that he should be as greedy and as devious as can be gotten away with. He explains how to gain and control states and gives examples of how his points are proven. Machiavellis main point is that there are classes of people and that people are in a certain class for a reason. He says people should remain that way so that all the roles are filled. He differs from the others in this aspect and also in his view that people are ignorant fools. Another way Machiavelli differs from the other two is religion and god. Hence, more efforts should be done for recruitment of these students to higher education institutes. Out of these 40 students, 25 students are with family members less than 4 members and 15 students are with family size with more than 4 family members. It is evident that students of families with less number of family members can get access to the higher education as compared to the students of the families with more number of family members. 30 out of 40 students parents are having permanent jobs, however, 10 students parents are with temporary jobs. Parents with stable job promote their children for higher education, rather than parents with temporary job. Parents with temporary jobs promote their children to work for earning money for the family (Khan, 2007; Wedel and Kamakura, 2012). These children are of different races like white, black and Asian races. Nationality of these students is Australian, English, Indian and American. Students in this group are from different segments like race, culture, socioeconomic factors and family education level. Hence, psychographic segmentation needs to be considered for in the recruitment process of the students. Psychographics segmentation helps to consider each student as the individual and plan the marketing strategy accordingly. Psychographic segmentation should be considered in terms of lifestyle, interests, opinions, personality, and values. C) Communication problem: Each group: There are too many people and canââ¬â¢t hear everyoneââ¬â¢s opinions and discuss the issue at the same time. Two groups: They canââ¬â¢t communicate with the others due to the breakdown of the communication device. They donââ¬â¢t know what the other think and what is their decision.
